Terms of use for online registration

§ 1 Scope
(1) The following conditions apply to the use of the online registration service on trial-live.de - hereinafter referred to as "Our Service".
(2) By registering, you agree to the terms of use of our service. With your consent, you declare this service
to be used only for the purpose of online registration for the listed trial championships.
(3) Using our service does not create a contract between you and us.
§ 2 Obligations as a user
(1) The following rules must be observed:
1. You are obliged to provide truthful information about the requested data.
2. You declare that you will not misuse this service for other purposes, nor will you attempt to gain unlawful access to stored data.
3. You declare that you have reached the age of 16 yourself or that you use this service as the parent of someone under the age of 16.
(2) Should you violate one of the rules from §2, paragraph 1 of these terms of use, we reserve the right to block your access.
§ 3 Data storage and revocation
(1) You agree to the storage of your personal data until further notice.
(2) You agree that in the event of a revocation of data storage, your data will only be removed from the server at the end of the trial season.
(3) Result lists are not changed afterwards.
§ 4 Transfer of usage rights
You grant us the right to transfer your data to your registered clubs, the competition organizing clubs, the supporting associations and the series managers of a championship
to be made available so that trial events can be planned and a smooth process can be guaranteed. The data will only be given to those associations and individuals
that have to do with the championships/events you have chosen.
§ 5 Limitation of Liability
(1) We do not assume any liability for the stored data, external links and the resulting content, in particular not for their correctness,
completeness and topicality. We are not obliged to check the transmitted and stored user data.
In principle, we are only liable in the event of an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
(2) Continuous uninterrupted access to the website is not guaranteed. Liability in this regard is hereby expressly rejected.
Even with great care, downtimes cannot be ruled out.

All texts, images and other information and data published on our website are subject - unless otherwise indicated -
the copyright of our site. Any form of reproduction and/or modification may only be carried out with our written approval.
Otherwise we reserve the right to take legal action against this infringement. All costs caused by an infringement on the part of a user will be billed to him.

We have the right to change the terms of use at any time. Changes are indicated when logging in.
§ 8 Termination and duration of membership in our service
The term of membership begins with the registration and with the acceptance of our terms of use and exists for an indefinite period.
Membership can be terminated without notice at any time without giving reasons, taking into account Section 3 (2).

These terms of use are to be regarded as part of our website from which you are referred to this page.
If individual formulations of these terms of use are no longer fully or no longer fully compliant with the applicable legal situation, it is to be assumed that the remaining provisions of the terms of use will remain in place.
