Live results
The results of events remain available for the entire season and are only removed from the server at the start of the new season. The data includes per event: surname, first name, category, start number, results from the sections, placement achieved, optional: motorcycle, club, sponsor
Result lists and championship standings
Result lists and championship standings are maintained in the archive. The lists contain: surname, first name, category, start number, results from the sections, placement achieved, overall result within the championship, optional: motorcycle, club, sponsor

Where is the data stored?
Our websites are created with WordPress and hosted on STRATO servers in Germany.
Online entry data is stored in encrypted form in a database, which is also located on a Strato server.
Rights of data subjects (EU GDPR Chapter 3)
You have the following rights:

- Right to data portability
If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us either via the contact form, by telephone or in person. Gäu-Software can only update the data hosted on its servers. Gäu-Software is not responsible for data that users of the website have downloaded and/or published on other websites.
Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to the provider, these are:

- Referrer URL (from which website trial-live.de was accessed)
- The client domain
- The anonymized IP address of the accessing computer
- Time of server request
This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to subsequently check this data if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.
The online entry logs data in order to be able to guarantee the service. In the event of misuse of the service, the IP address of the accessing computer is logged in order to be able to identify attackers. When using the service in a normal fashion, no IP addresses are logged.
